Description: 
Considering the war between Austro-hungaria and Prussia, for Holy Roman Empire heritage, Novi Sad took advantage to buy it`s Status of Free Royal City for 80 000 forints ransom. With that aim David Rackovic, Tomas Anderle and Stojic Bogdanovic went to Vienna, which accepted the proposal knowing that the state vault was empty.

Until 1780. was finished the greatest military fortress of Austrian empire - Petervaradain Fortress. Built on foundations of prehistoric settlements and fortresses. Proudly called -‘’Gibraltar on Danube’’.
