One of the most dominant buildings in the old part of the town, this three-storey building located on the corner of Njegoš street and Trifković square stands out from the other buildings with its size and beauty. It was built in the period 1922-1923. in the famous Art Nouveau style. Among Novi Sad citizens it is known as the "Pharmacy" or "Pharmacy at St. George's" because since 1923. a pharmacy has been open in  the ground floor.
